25Live Events Scheduling System
What is 25Live?
25Live (https://25live.collegenet.com/pro/mercer) is a web-based scheduling and event publishing application developed by CollegeNET and used by Mercer University as a centralized Events Scheduling System to manage ALL events held at the University. The software can be used to check space availability, verify scheduled event details, and to place reservations. This system is managed through the Provost Office.
Getting Started
Everyone has view-only access to the 25Live Events Scheduling System by simply accessing the 25Live Events Scheduling System
(https://25live.collegenet.com/pro/mercer) via their internet browser.
The recommended browser for this application is Mozilla Firefox.
Directions:
- To check space availability, type the location name in the "search locations" box, under "quick search" on the left side of page, then click on "calendar"
- Adjust the date on the calendar to find date you are looking for.
- The calendar will tell you if the space is already reserved or is available (no reservations listed).
- If date is available, fill out the reservation request form to reserve your event.
Using the Events Scheduling System
Anyone can use the 25Live application as a non-signed in, view-only user to check space availability and verify event details. Only authorized campus schedulers can reserve spaces and services within the system. All other users must use the reservation request form to submit their requests.
